On 26 February 2025, Redwan Ferdous, Managing Director of FronTech Limited and Co‐founder of the JRC Board, was invited as an industry expert to deliver a lecture at the University Activation Program under the Digital Skills for Students initiative of the EDGE Project, supported by the Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) and the ICT Division. The session took place at Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), where more than 150 students participated. The program was moderated by Md. Iftekharul Alam Efat, Assistant Professor of the Institute of Information Technology, with Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ismail, Honorable Vice Chancellor of NSTU, as Chief Guest, and Prof. Dr. Mohammad Razuanul Hoque, Pro Vice Chancellor, as Special Guest.




In his lecture, Redwan highlighted the importance of academia-industry collaboration, encouraging students to engage in such programs to gain early access to real industry practices. He shared success stories of three NSTU students who completed internships and are now working part-time with FronTech remotely, experiencing enterprise-level solution development while still pursuing their studies. The session inspired students to explore digital skills, innovation, and career opportunities in the technology industry.
